Iozera has acquired an operational enterprise data center in Houston, Texas, with plans to transform it into a cutting-edge, AI-ready multi-tenant hub capable of hosting Nvidia Blackwell GPUs.

The modernized facility will feature ZutaCore's HyperCool waterless, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, supporting densities up to 140kW per rack. Taiwan's Pegatron will supply the GPU servers. The site is currently operating under a short-term leaseback agreement with Men's Wearhouse (Tailored Brands).
