H5 Quincy II is Yahoo's original Quincy data center complex at 1305 Intermodal Way NE on H5's Quincy campus in Quincy, Washington. Yahoo opened the chilled-water hall building in 2007, then added Computing Coop buildings in 2011 and 2013 that cool with outside air through a roof cupola. The buildings total about 306,000 sq ft.

H5 affiliate Hyscale Data Centers Quincy LLC bought the property in December 2024 in a sale-leaseback, and Yahoo remains a tenant. The site qualifies for Washington's 100% sales and use tax abatement on data center equipment.
