Located 53 kilometers from central London on a sprawling 6.5-hectare site, the facility is engineered with full 2N redundancy to ensure maximum uptime. The center offers dedicated halls for colocation customers with flexible power configurations designed to scale alongside business requirements.
The facility was originally built and opened in 2010 by NYSE Euronext as its primary European "Liquidity Center. In 2013, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) acquired NYSE Euronext. As a result, ICE took ownership of the Basildon data center.
