Year Planned: 2028

Digital Realty is planning a redevelopment of the site located at 23-25 Waterloo Road in Macquarie Park, Sydney. The project involves demolishing the existing Fujitsu North Ryde data center, a 4.8MW legacy facility that has occupied the 1.2-hectare plot since the early 2000s.

The new structure will be an eight-story facility totaling 23,375 sqm, representing a total investment of approximately AU$700 million. While the site was originally operated by Exodus and later Fujitsu, Digital Realty which purchased the property in 2013 will now act as the primary developer and operator to meet current hyperscale demand.
