Keppel DC Sydney 1 (KDC SYD 1) is a greenfield purpose-built data centre that is situated in Gore Hill Technology Park, a vibrant commercial and technology hub located 9km Northwest from Sydney’s central business district.
KDC SYD 1 is located adjacent to Gore Hill Data Centre, which is owned by the Keppel Group, facilitating our customers’ ease of expansion within close proximity. Located along one of Sydney's main power and data arteries, the data centre enjoys excellent access to large, secure power sources and multiple carrier networks.
The project is currently under construction and targeted for delivery by 2022. When fully completed, KDC SYD 1 will feature approximately 57,000 sq ft of Gross Floor Area built to Tier III equivalent specifications.
