The project is set to launch with an initial 8MW facility expected to become operational in 2028, with the ability to scale to approximately 84MW over time. The development is designed to support growing demand for cloud, AI, and interconnection services. The Milan campus complements Digital Realty’s parallel expansion in Rome, forming part of a wider Mediterranean infrastructure strategy.
