The Cleveland Clinic built it's own data center in Brecksville, Ohio. The 14 acre plot of land was acquired in 2010. The facility was completed in 2012.

The facility was designed to Uptime Institute Tier III standards (concurrent maintainability with no single points of failure) with a load density of 150 W/sqft.

Initial critical IT load was 3.0 MW of power. Power is fed through a clinic-owned, medium-voltage substation built by the local utility.

The Initial floor space was 25,000-sf module of raised floor area with the ability to expand by an additional 25,000 sqft. There is also 10,000 square foot of office space.
