The facility was designed to Uptime Institute Tier III standards (concurrent maintainability with no single points of failure) with a load density of 150 W/sqft.
Initial critical IT load was 3.0 MW of power. Power is fed through a clinic-owned, medium-voltage substation built by the local utility.
The Initial floor space was 25,000-sf module of raised floor area with the ability to expand by an additional 25,000 sqft. There is also 10,000 square foot of office space.
