Year Planned: 2029
Lot Size: 194 acres

Sites on this Campus:

Industrial gas and chemical company, Air Products, is moving to redevelop its former 194-acre headquarters in Lehigh County into a massive 2.6 million-square-foot data center campus. Located in Upper Macungie Township, the "Cetronia Road Data Center" will consist of three buildings ranging from 435,600 to 1.23 million square feet.

This development represents a strategic change for the site, which Air Products occupied from the mid-1950s until its 2021 relocation. Although the land was approved for warehouse development in 2023, those plans have been superseded by this new digital infrastructure project. The site is currently home to specialty chemical firms Evonik and Intertek.
