CDE Acquisitions: Project Atlas

Project Atlas is being proposed by applicant CDE Acquisitions, LLC, which is pursuing the data center campus as the prospective purchaser of the 410-acre property currently owned by Jeras Corporation.

The revised plans for Project Atlas downsize the data center campus proposal from its original 5.1-million-square-foot layout featuring six data center buildings and 356 backup generators to a scaled-back 1.55-million-square-foot development. The current proposal replaces the old configuration with three large data center buildings, an administration facility, and a central warehouse while retaining infrastructure safeguards like noise-attenuation walls around the backup generators and a 12-foot-tall landscaped berm to screen the on-site electrical substation.
