Beijing Haoyang Cloud&Data Technology Co. Ltd., a Chinese real estate firm & data center operator, is set to establish its first international data center in Thailand, representing a 72.7 billion baht ($2.2 billion) investment and the largest announced capacity in the Southeast Asian nation.

The data center, located in Rayong province at the WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 4, is expected to be operational by 2026.
