China Mobile completed the acquisition of SUPERNAP Thailand on March 18, 2025. The data center was originally a joint venture between SUPERNAP International (Switch's international arm) and Thai leading companies.

Constructed and operational in 2017, the facility holds the prestigious Uptime Institute Tier IV Certification for Design and was designed to achieve a highly efficient target PUE range of 1.35–1.45.

Location

The. data center is also located in the strategic area of submarine cable and under the planned area for Ultra High Broadband, a connectivity hub to CMLV and data exchange gateway (one belt one road project). This prime location is proximity to Pattaya- Huahin Ferry Port, Laem Chabang Deep Sea Port, major highways, and the international airports, Suvarnabhumi and Utapao.

The facility of SUPERNAP is outside Bangkok flood zone and 110 metres above sea level.
