DataBank Raises $2bn for Dallas Data Center Buildout

Spanish construction firm ACS is planning a significant data center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The proposed development, located on a 107-acre site near Hicks Field Road, will feature five buildings and an associated substation.
ACS anticipates the first phase to be operational by late 2031, with the second phase completed in 2034. Utility provider Oncor Electric also intends to build a substation adjacent to the project.
