Founded in 2010 Server Farm Realty (SFR) develops, operates and leases data center space.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Red Sea Group, a global investment company that develops real estate assets around the world, including hotels, residential developments, and data centers.

The proposed 565,000 sq ft (52,490 sqm) facility will be located next to the company's existing data center.
