Rowan Digital Infrastructure
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is a US data center developer that designs and delivers hyperscale campuses for large cloud and AI customers. The company is part of Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners and began in 2020 as a joint venture with Birch Infrastructure, and has been referred to as Rowan Green Data.
Its current US pipeline includes three campuses at the Quantum Frederick park in Maryland, the Cinco campus near San Antonio, Texas, a site in Temple, Texas, and the Percheron campus in Oregon. Verified capacity figures include a 300 MW Percheron plan in Morrow County, Oregon, and a 300 MW Cinco campus in Medina County, Texas.
Rowan Digital Infrastructure History:
- In August 2025, broke ground on the 300 MW Cinco hyperscale campus outside San Antonio, Texas.
- In February 2025, closed approximately $1.24 billion in construction financing for the second phase of its Maryland campus at TPG’s Quantum Frederick site.
