Penta acquired the facility in March 2020 from Ensono.
The facility, previously owned by KPN for its hosting and data center services, was acquired by European firm Penta Infra in 2023.
The facility is situated in the Green Energy Park in Zellik and features a nine-story data center spanning 10,000 square meters (107,639 sq ft).
Penta Infra has purchased Sungard's data center and colocation operations in Paris, France.
Penta Infra's Geleen data center is located in the province of Limburg, Netherlands.
