eStruxture's TOR-3 data centre at 431 Horner Avenue in Etobicoke, west Toronto, with three data halls and natural gas and diesel backup generation.

eStruxture MTL-2 is a data centre in the former Montreal Gazette printing plant at 7001 rue Saint-Jacques, about 10 km from downtown Montreal. eStruxture bought the building in December 2017 and converted it into more than 187,000 sq ft of colocation space. A second data centre at the rear of the building followed from 2023.

eStruxture MTL-4 is a 100,000 sq ft data centre at 17500 route Transcanadienne in Kirkland, in Montreal's West Island. Cogeco Peer 1 opened it in September 2015, and eStruxture bought it from Aptum in April 2021. The facility is built to Tier III standards.

In 2021, eStruxture announced plans for a second data center in Calgary, Canada that came online in 2023. The new Cal-2 facility spans 93,000 sq ft (8,640 sqm) and has been built to Tier III standards.

eStruxture MTL-1 is a downtown Montreal colocation facility of more than 25,000 sq ft in the basement of the Tour de la Bourse at 800 rue du Square-Victoria. Netelligent opened it in 2013, and eStruxture acquired Netelligent in 2017. More than 20 carriers serve the site.

eStruxture VAN-2 is a colocation suite on the 21st floor of Harbour Centre, Vancouver's primary carrier hotel at 555 West Hastings Street.

eStruxture's first Calgary data centre, in an industrial building in southeast Calgary. Shaw Communications built it in 2015, and eStruxture bought it in 2019 and has expanded it in phases.

eStruxture MTL-5 is a colocation suite at 1080 côte du Beaver Hall, Suite 1512, in a downtown Montreal office tower. It was Aptum's Montreal suite, MTL1, before eStruxture acquired Aptum's Canadian data centres in April 2021. Eleven carriers serve the suite.

eStruxture MTL-3 is a colocation facility at 1350 rue Nobel in Boucherville, on Montreal's South Shore. Kolotek opened it in 2009 as Kolotek Boucherville, and eStruxture acquired it in February 2018. eStruxture bills it as the first Tier III certified facility in Quebec.
