The single-story Centersquare data center in Allen is part of Millennium high technology park in Allen, TX.

This facility was previously operated by Cyxtera. Centersquare completed the successful acquisition of Cyxtera and Evoque Data Center Solutions in early 2024.

The Centersquare Dallas portfolio consists of three data centers located in Fort Worth, Allen and Dallas providing close proximity to business hubs in downtown Dallas, Plano and Fort Worth.

Compass Montreal II is a 175,000 sq ft wholesale data centre at 19701 avenue Clark-Graham in Baie-D'Urfé, in Montreal's West Island. Root Data Center converted the 1980s building into its MTL-R2 facility, and Compass Datacenters acquired Root in July 2019. The site uses KyotoCooling with hot aisle containment.

Centersquare’s Hawthorne facility is a massive data center with more than 288,000 Total square feet, located less than 6 miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), with easy access from downtown Los Angeles.

Cyxtera's DC7 site in Sterling Virginia was acquired via a $2.8 billion transaction to acquire 57 datacenters from CenturyLink

Centersquare's Ashburn facility is in Virginia close to Washington, DC in the heart of Loudon County’s “Data Center Alley” with its multiple fiber routes, and less than 10 miles from Dulles International Airport.

DCI Technology Holdings owns the building and is CenturyLink's landlord.

Centersquare's ORD1 site is located in the heart of the Chicago Financial District on the 7th floor of an 8-story building on a fiber-linked campus.

Centersquare's Secaucus data center is located just the other side of the Lincoln Tunnel and 14 miles from Newark Airport.

Csquare SFO2-A is a one-story colocation building at 4700 Old Ironsides Drive in Santa Clara, on the SFO2 campus. Exodus converted it into its SC8 data center in 2000, and Csquare now owns it.

Csquare's EWR3 data center occupies leased halls EWR3-A and EWR3-C inside Digital Realty's 3 Corporate Place building in Piscataway, New Jersey. Savvis opened it as NJ3 in 2007.

Centersquare's Lithia Springs data center ATL1 is located less than 20 miles from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport.

Centersquare's cloud-enabled Lisle data center is situated approximately 20 miles from O’Hare International airport.

Located just 1.9 miles from the John Wayne Airport (SNA), in the heart of Orange County, Centersquare Irvine is a cloud-enabled data center with 150,000 square foot of space.

Centersquare's Lynnwood data center is situated 15 miles north of Seattle and 30 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, servicing the northwest of the US.

Cyxtera's DC3 site in Sterling was acquired via a $2.8 billion transaction to acquire 57 datacenters from CenturyLink. The transaction which closed in May 2017 created Cyxtera Technologies.

Centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the campus has single-story purpose-built data centers and a two-story attached administrative building on a fiber-linked campus. The data center campus is located just 6 miles from Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) and 14 miles from Dallas Love Field Airport.

Centersquare's cloud-enabled Watertown data center is located close to the center of Boston, and only 10 miles from Boston Logan International Airport. The facility was originally built in 2002 and then expanded in 2008 to add space, power, and cooling capacity.

Csquare SFO4-A is a two-story colocation building at 1500 Space Park Drive in Santa Clara, leased from Digital Core REIT. Digital Realty retrofitted it as a data center for Savvis in 2008, and it earned LEED Gold in 2009.

Csquare SFO4-B is a colocation building at 1550 Space Park Drive in Santa Clara, next to SFO4-A, owned by Csquare. Cyxtera built it out for an anchor customer in two phases starting in 2021.

Csquare SFO3 is a colocation data center at 1400 Kifer Road in Sunnyvale, leased from Mapletree Industrial Trust. Built in 1992 and fitted out as a data center in 1998 (Cyxtera SN1), it is served by PG&E.

Centersquare's Redwood City SFO9 data center at 3175 Spring Street, a retrofit facility on the Peninsula that Centersquare owns. It came into the portfolio through the AT&T colocation assets that became Evoque, where it was designated RWC1.

Centersquare is developing a new data center campus outside Nashville in Gallatin, Tennessee.

The Piscataway facility was formerly known as NJ4.

Centersquare's YYZ2 data centre at 4175 14th Avenue in Markham, opened by CenturyLink in August 2014 as its second Toronto-area facility.

Montreal YUL1 is a two-building data centre in LaSalle owned by Csquare (Centersquare), at 2711 avenue Dollard and 8501 rue Elmslie. Root Data Center fitted out the Dollard building as its first Montreal site, MTL-R1, in 2014, and the Elmslie building followed in 2019. Compass Datacenters bought Root in 2019, and Csquare acquired the site in October 2025.

Csquare SFO1-A is a two-story colocation building at 2401 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara, the larger of the two SFO1 buildings. Exodus converted it into its SC4 data center in 2001, and Csquare now owns it.

Csquare SFO2-B is a colocation building at 4650 Old Ironsides Drive in Santa Clara, next to SFO2-A. Exodus converted it into its SC9 data center in 2000, Digital Realty expanded it in 2012, and Csquare now owns it.
