Vantage Data Centers planned a campus of two or three buildings on about 200 acres at Corduroy and Wynn roads in Oregon, east of Toledo. The first building carried a $1.1 billion investment, and an earlier plan included on-site gas generation. The city assembled the land, and Capacity LLC holds a purchase agreement for it. On November 3, 2026, Oregon voters approved Issue 25, which caps new data centers at 25 MW, and two days later Vantage said the project would not move forward as proposed.
