Vantage Data Centers has secured $2 billion in financing to support early-stage development across its North American portfolio. The five-year revolving credit facility initially covers three development assets, with more eligible to be added. Vantage said the funding will accelerate project delivery, provide greater financing flexibility, and support growing customer demand.

“The newly established development facility is a strategic addition to Vantage’s capital platform, providing committed development-stage financing backed by a broader and more diverse investor base,” said Scott Beasley, global CFO, Vantage. “It reflects the scale of our platform, the quality of our development pipeline and the strength of our institutional relationships.”

Vantage has secured several financing deals this year, including £254 million ($343.3 million) in asset-backed securities for its UK facilities, a $300 million investment from Aware Super for its Asia Pacific business, and a $2.4 billion debt facility from Ares Management for its North American portfolio. The company said it has secured more than $40 billion in financing this year to support its global growth plans.Vantage_DC.width-358.webp
