Strategic Real Estate Partners plans to build a three-building data center campus in Conyers, a suburb about 20 miles southeast of Atlanta. The site will feature 837,500 sq ft (77,806 sqm) of data center space across three buildings. The project is expected to be complete in 2028, with the company currently working on getting the land rezoned.
This is the first data center project for Atlanta-based SREP, which filed plans for the Conyers campus through its SDP Acquisitions subsidiary.
