PowerHouse Data Centers and Provident are constructing a 810-acre data center campus in northern Ellis County, just outside Grand Prairie. The project, a joint venture, has secured ERCOT approval for its first phase, with the first building expected to be energized in Q1 2027. The campus will ultimately comprise 14 buildings four development stages.
