Cologix MTL11 is a carrier hotel facility at 875 rue Saint-Antoine Ouest in downtown Montreal, in a former 360networks telecom building. I.C.E Data Centers opened the 25,000 sq ft data centre there, and Cologix acquired its sister company Metro Optic in February 2019. It is Cologix's second Montreal carrier hotel.

Urbacon's Montreal data centre is a 10-storey, 266,671 sq ft purpose-built wholesale facility at 544 rue de l'Inspecteur in Griffintown, about 800 metres from the downtown financial core. Urbacon and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ developed it on a 1920 building, adding storeys above the original structure. It opened officially in September 2017 with seven dedicated data floors.
