Hickman Property Expansion

East Village Dothan, LLC is proposing a data center campus, known as the Hickman Property project, to be located outside Atlanta, Georgia. The development is planned for a 700-acre site in Douglas County, with approximately 35 acres situated within the city limits of Villa Rica, which lies about 30 miles west of Atlanta.

The project necessitates rezoning the land from its current Residential-Agricultural and Special Use Permit designations. Plans include the construction of 11 data center buildings, encompassing a total of 6.2 million square feet (576,000 square meters), along with four warehouses totaling 66,000 square feet (6,131 square meters).
