H5 owns the building and is landlord to the Seattle Level(3) Gateway and a XO data center. The telecom companies host their core network nodes in the facility which make it a good backup to the Westin Building.
H5 Seattle at 1000 Denny Way is located in the Seattle Times Building, just a few blocks from the Westing Building, Seattle’s telecom hotel. It’s also adjacent to Amazon’s Seattle corporate campus, right in the heart of Seattle’s tech community.
