Evroc, an emerging name in the data center sector, has selected Stockholm as the location for its inaugural facility. The company has entered into a letter of intent with Arlandastad Group to build a data center in 2024, with both parties intending to form a joint venture for the project. Located in the Arlandastad area near Stockholm Arlanda Airport, the facility is slated to become operational in the second half of 2026.
The initiative marks a substantial investment for Evroc, which plans to allocate €600 million (roughly $640 million) to the development. As part of the project, Arlandastad Group has acquired 4,890 square meters of building rights to support Evroc’s flagship cloud and AI data center. Designed to accommodate up to 16,000 GPUs at full capacity, the data center is poised to deliver significant high-performance computing power.
