According to reports from Swedish news outlets, Bahnhof, a company that operates data centers, has plans to construct a nuclear reactor in order to power a new data center. Plans are being drafted for a small modular reactor (SMR) to be constructed on an industrial site in the Hjorthagen neighborhood of Stockholm. This reactor would provide electrical energy for a new data facility, as well as for 30,000 homes, along with heat for offices and homes.
