In 2025, Edgnex broadened its reach by acquiring the Finnish data center developer Hyperco. In June 2022, Hyperco secured its initial data center asset from TS-Yhtymä, a Finnish family office, in a transaction exceeding €35 million (then approximately $36.4 million).

The property featured a significant 16,900 square meters (181,900 sq ft) of leasable area, along with the capacity for a 6,500 square meter (70,000 sq ft) addition. When Hyperco acquired the facility, it already had established long-term tenancies with Equinix and Thales. Specifically, Equinix provided 1,840 square meters (19,805 sq ft) of colocation services across two levels.
