Doma: Rayong Data Center Park

Year Planned: 2027

This parcel is a part of Doma Infrastructure Group's (DIG) AI-ready green data center parks in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). Doma Infrastructure Group (DIG), a developer specializing in master-planned data center parks, has formed a partnership with Thai technology park operator Silicon Tech Park (STP) to develop three environmentally sustainable, AI-ready data center parks in Thailand's Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

The joint venture plans to acquire 300 acres of freehold land distributed across three provinces: Chachoengsao, Chonburi, and Rayong. The facilities will have a combined power capacity of 1.5GW and are designed to serve data center operators, hyperscalers, and GPU-as-a-service providers.

The first phase of these facilities is scheduled to begin operations in the third quarter of 2026.
