Originally established by Brisbane-based provider iseek Communications, this facility opened in 2012 as a Tier III data center in North Sydney's Gore Hill Business Park. The project marked iseek’s first New South Wales asset, representing a $100 million investment. In 2024, DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (HMC Capital) acquired the site as part of a broader $400 million transaction, integrating it into its $4 billion DigiCo platform.

  • Update: SYD01 is undergoing a fast-tracked expansion to accommodate high-density AI and government requirements. This additional capacity is scheduled to come online in mid-2026.
