Qu Data Centres is a Canadian digital infrastructure platform specializing in secure, scalable, and network-dense colocation and cloud services. The company operates nine strategically located data centres across Canada, offering a total capacity of 49 MW and 374,000 square feet of building space, including 187,840 square feet of dedicated IT white space.

The platform serves a diverse clientele—including enterprise, government, hyperscale, and AI sectors—with an emphasis on Canadian data sovereignty, operational excellence, and long-term infrastructure growth.

The CGY1 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The CGY2 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The CGY3 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The EDM1 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The EDM2 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.

The facility at 970 Green Valley Road in London, Ontario, was originally established as a core asset of Blackiron Data, the data center division of Primus Telecommunications.

The Qu DC OTT2 data center (also known as Rogers OTT DC2) is part of the Qualicum Centre complex in Nepean, Ottawa.

The Qu OTT3 data center in Kanata originally served as the primary facility for Granite Networks before its acquisition by Rogers Communications in 2011.

The TOR3 facility (along with eight other data centers across Canada) was acquired from Rogers Communications by InfraRed Capital Partners.
