The Qu DC OTT2 data centre (also known as Rogers OTT DC2) is part of the Qualicum Centre office complex in Nepean, Ottawa. Primus Telecommunications built the data centre around 2008; Rogers acquired it with Primus's BLACKIRON Data business in 2013. The facility, along with eight other Rogers data centres across Canada, passed to InfraRed Capital Partners in late 2025, which launched Qu Data Centres in December 2025 to operate the portfolio. Regional Group bought the Qualicum Centre buildings in 2022; Qu operates the data centre inside.

Real Estate Operator and Société immobilière ADAM planned the Gatineau Data Hub, a hyperscale campus on 51.7 acres on avenue des Entreprises near boulevard Montée-Paiement in Gatineau.
