Nabiax, a data center provider, was created in 2019 when Asterion Industrial Partners acquired certain Telefonica data centres in Spain and Latin America.
In 2021, it bought two more Telefonica facilities on the Julián Camarillo campus

Nabiax has begun expansion works at its Alcalá de Henares data center. The Nabiax ADC2 facility has already undergone expansion in multiple phases.
The Terrassa Data Center is located near the Barcelona Metropolitan Area in Spain. The facility comprises 1,200 square meters divided into 7 IT rooms.
Nabiax Alcalá Campus comprises two data center buildings ADC1 & ADC2. The facility is also known as CDG Telephone Alcalá de Henares. CDG is Centro Datos Gestionado, which is translated as Managed Data Center.
