Maincubes has broken ground on its BER02 data center campus in Nauen, Brandenburg, west of Berlin. The project is a new multi-building campus on a 14-hectare (35–36-acre) site near Berliner Straße, with construction beginning in March 2026 following land acquisition and zoning approvals.

Maincubes opened its second Frankfurt data center in 2024. The FRA02 facility offers 4,700 sqm of IT white space.
