Telehouse has opened Building N, its sixth data center facility in Frankfurt, Germany, adding 5.4MW of capacity. The four-story facility spans 9,300 sqm (100,104 sq ft), including 2,165 sqm (23,304 sq ft) of technical space. It uses air cooling, with Telehouse exploring liquid cooling to support growing AI demand.

Telehouse acquired Databurg in 2021 and rebranded the site as Telehouse Frankfurt. The campus spans 67,000 sqm (721,182 sq ft) and provides 25,000 sqm (269,098 sq ft) of data center space. Building M opened in 2023, while Telehouse plans to add another data center on the campus by 2030.

Waste heat from the site is supplied to a district heating network serving local residents. Founded in 1998, Telehouse operates data centers across Europe, Asia, and North America, including London, Frankfurt, Paris, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto.telehouse_frankfurt_N.width-358.webp
