Maincubes has started construction on its BER02 campus in Nauen, Brandenburg, outside Berlin, following a groundbreaking in March 2026. The project is a new build on a 14-hectare (35–36-acre) site near Berliner Straße, and includes multiple data center buildings, a dedicated on-site substation, and supporting power infrastructure. The development follows land acquisition in 2024 and zoning approval in 2025, with the first phase expected to be operational in December 2027.
