Bell Canada's AI data center campus in the RM of Sherwood, Saskatchewan (south of Regina), on a 160-acre site. Powered by SaskPower, fully pre-leased to CoreWeave and Cerebras under a $1.7B investment. Construction underway since April 2026 with Bird Construction as lead partner. Phased commissioning between H1 and end of 2027. Closed-loop cooling, no municipal water draw.
