An unnamed developer plans to construct a $2.1 billion data center campus in Archbald, Pennsylvania.
The Wildcat Ridge AI Data Center Campus will be built on a 400-acre site along Business Route 6 and Wildcat Road, land that was previously designated for a major housing development.
The massive project is expected to encompass approximately 17.2 million square feet (1.6 million square meters). Plans include fourteen three-story data centers, each measuring 379,500 square feet (35,257 square meters). The campus will feature its own electrical substation on the property, positioned near an existing PPL substation.
