Dubbed Project Blackwater, the proposed development would sit on an 86,860-square-meter greenfield parcel within Beaulieu Park, positioned along Beaulieu Parkway and Loverose Way. The master plan outlines a phased, two-story layout consisting of two substantial facilities designated as BW1 and BW2.
