Located across North Beaver and Mahoning Townships on a former American Cyanamid dynamite manufacturing plant that closed in 1972, the project requires environmental remediation prior to construction, with power supplied by Penn Power and water potentially sourced from a nearby recycling plant. The six-year development is projected to create 3,000 to 4,000 jobs, though it faces early community pushback as Stonebridge awaits preliminary planning consents and prepares for public hearings.
