The Ross data center was a design/build project comprising a 30,000-sq.-ft., single story greenfield building in Rock Hill, SC. The building was designed as a hardened Seismic Zone D steel and precast structure with approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of data hall, administrative and back of house MEP support areas within a highly secured MEP designed Tier III unclassified facility.

It includes four data hall quadrants. IT critical load of 2 MWs is distributed in a 2N utility, generator to UPS topology.
