813 Pinnacle Drive has been LEED Gold certified by the U.S. Green Building Council! The 34,600 SF building at BWI Tech Park is home to TierPoint’s energy-efficient BWI Data Center, and was designed to achieve an energy cost savings of 45%. During construction, 85% of on-site generated construction waste was diverted from landfills.
