IXcellerate has officially finalized the acquisition of a 5.5-hectare land plot near Vёshki in the Mytishchi urban district, marking the commencement of its third data center campus. Situated approximately 6km from the company’s existing North campus in Altufyevo, the new IXcellerate Vёshki site is designed to deliver a massive total capacity of 7,500 rack spaces across two specialized facilities, MOS11 and MOS12.

The first phase of the project focuses on MOS11, which will provide 2,500 racks by repurposing an existing building on the property; this facility is currently scheduled to go live in the summer of 2026. Following this, construction for the second data center, MOS12, is slated to begin in 2027. This larger-scale development will involve a phased rollout of capacity, with final targets for completion and service delivery set between 2029 and 2030.
