IXcellerate offers pure-play co-location designed to meet the standards of financial institutions, multinational corporations, international carriers and major content operators.
IXcellerate’s Moscow One Datacentre is located within the MKAD ring road of Moscow, set over a 15,000m² campus. Moscow One was designed to meet or exceed TIA942 Tier3 standards and is the only data centre in Russia to be certified to IBM’s demanding Level 3 Resilience Code. IXcellerate Moscow One provides clients with a bespoke solution aimed towards solving their unique datacentre requirements, offering co-location services including private and secure cages, combined with on-hand technical support 24/365. Within our carrier-neutral facility, affordable and resilient connectivity is available in Russia and to the entire World. Expansion phases have the potential to increase the co-location floor space to over 8000m², with power feeds planned up to 13.7 MVA.
IXcellerate was founded by Guy Willner (co-founder and former CEO of IXEurope, former President Europe for Equinix Inc.), and Cliff Gauntlett (former SVP of Golden Telecom in Russia).

IXcellerate: MOS3
This 2,400-rack facility is the fourth and final building at the firm’s Moscow North Campus in the Altufyevo district. The four-story structure spans 7,365 sqm (79,276 sq ft) across six dedicated data halls.
IXcellerate: MOS4
The Moscow Four (MOS4) data center, situated within the Moscow North campus, features a total capacity of 512 racks.
IXcellerate: Moscow North Campus (MOS1)
The IXcellerate Moscow North campus in Altufyevo is the company’s foundation site, established in 2011.
IXcellerate: Moscow South Campus (MOS5)
Spanning 14 hectares (34 acres), IXcellerate Moscow South represents the company’s most ambitious project to date.
IXcellerate: Vёshki Campus (MOS11)
The new IXcellerate Vёshki site is designed to deliver a massive total capacity of 7,500 rack spaces across two specialized facilities, MOS11 and MOS12.
