The Interxion Paris Digital Park will have access to up to 85MW of power for customers, and 40,000 sq m (43,000 sq ft of space), in 4 facilities named PAR8, PAR9, PAR10 and PAR11. It is on the A86 highway, facing Interxion's existing PAR7 data center on the other side of the road.
The first new facility, PAR8, will have a total of 9,600 sq m (102,000 sq ft) and 19 MW of power, and will be built in three phases, starting with 3,200 sq m (34,000 sq ft), which will open in late 2021, according to the release from Digital Realty. The capital expenditure for PAR8, excluding the land and costs which will be shared with the other three Digital Park sites, is expected to be approximately €207 million ($225m).
