March 2020: HIVE agreed to buy the operating mine from Cryptologic Corp.

April 2020: HIVE closed the purchase of the operations and equipment.

November 2020: Trévi bought the former SGL Carbon graphite plant and became HIVE's landlord.

2026: HIVE told Quebec's energy regulator that the proposed cryptocurrency electricity rate could force the site to close.
