Bit Digital has acquired an in-development data center site in Saint-Jérôme, Québec, which is slated to be leased to Cerebras. The transaction employs a lease-to-own structure with a fixed-price purchase option valid for 12 months. The 20-year lease includes two 5-year extension options.
The facility has undergone retrofitting to Tier III standards, with anticipated development costs of approximately CA$55 million (US$40m).
