The GLP Beijing Yizhuang Data Center, a Tier 3 facility with 18,230 square meters of gross floor area, is situated in Greater Beijing, one of China's primary data center hubs. The facility employs high voltage direct current (HVDC) power supply, offering superior energy efficiency and cost advantages compared to traditional alternating current (AC) distribution. Its chilled water cooling system further enhances efficiency by consuming less energy than conventional air-cooled chillers.
The data center's commitment to sustainability earned it the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) v4 Platinum certification for building operations and maintenance. This highest-level LEED certification, awarded by the world's leading green building rating system, distinguishes GLP Beijing Yizhuang as one of the few data center facilities in China to achieve this environmental standard.
