Edged Energy is developing a massive, state-of-the-art data center campus outside Austin, Texas, designed to handle the intense power and infrastructure demands of modern artificial intelligence.

Located on a 330-acre site in Caldwell County, the multi-phase project is projected to exceed 2 million square feet across two core facilities. Supported by a county-approved tax abatement and a localized reinvestment zone, the initial $2.8 billion phase involves constructing an 869,685-square-foot facility slated for completion by mid-2028.

To circumvent regional grid-interconnection delays and meet its strict sustainability mandates, Edged Energy is deploying its proprietary ThermalWorks ultra-efficient, waterless cooling technology alongside initial clean-fuel natural gas generation to power the campus cleanly and reliably from day one.
