DC BLOX is offering a hyperscale-ready data center campus in Rockdale County, Georgia, referred to as Atlanta East and located in Conyers, Georgia. The campus will feature 750,000 square feet (69,675 sqm) of space with 216MW of total power committed by Georgia Power.
A hyperscale client is anchoring the first phase of the project, and 160,000 sq ft (14,865 sqm) of space will be available to additional tenants with expected delivery in Q4 2025.
