DataVita DV3 is a new data center under construction on land adjacent to the company's existing Chapelhall facility in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. Construction began in 2026 after North Lanarkshire Council approved planning permission, and structural steel erection is underway as of August. The multi-level facility is being developed with dedicated critical power infrastructure and closed-loop cooling for high-density AI workloads.
